Questions we get every week
Is the scaffolding really free?
Yes. On any roofing job we quote, the scaffolding is included in the price you're given. It isn't added as an extra line later and it isn't clawed back somewhere else in the quote — ask us to itemise it and we will.
How much is a new roof in London?
Our re-roofs start from £6,999 including scaffolding. The final figure depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the tile or slate you choose, and whether battens, felt, leadwork or timbers need replacing. You'll get a fixed written price before anything is booked.
Can you come out for a leak quickly?
With seven vans across London we can usually get someone to you within a few days, and sooner for active leaks after storms. Call rather than fill the form if water is coming in right now.
Do you charge for the quote?
No. The visit, the roof inspection and the written quote are all free, and there's no deposit to hold a date in the diary.
Do you cover East London?
Not at the moment. We're strongest in South West and West London from our Kingston base, and we cover South and North London weekly. Everything we do cover is listed in the coverage section above.
Will my insurance cover storm damage?
Often, yes. We photograph and document the damage as we find it so you have what you need for a claim, and we can quote in the format most insurers ask for.
